Corporate Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Join Apptronik as first tax hire building the function
• Lead tax policies, processes, governance
• Collaborate with accounting and external auditors
• Support federal/state tax compliance and planning
• Oversee indirect taxes and VAT matters internationally
• Contribute to R&D tax credit studies and data gathering

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 8+ years tax experience (Big 4 + in-house)
• Strong federal/state tax knowledge
• GAAP tax accounting & ASC 740 experience
• Sales/use tax knowledge; Avatax experience preferred
• R&D tax credits experience
