Corporate Trainer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and improve structured learning programs for corporate teams
• Create and maintain HR Orientation Program for onboarding and culture
• Develop curricula, modules, facilitator guides, and learning materials
• Build and manage a centralized learning repository (LMS)
• Design culture-building programs aligned with Wing AI values
• Lead leadership development initiatives for team leads and managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
• 3–6 years in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development
• Proven experience designing and delivering corporate training programs in fast-paced environments
• Strong instructional design skills and experience creating structured learning materials
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with cross-functional leaders
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure and improve training effectiveness
