  • Strong instructional design skills and experience creating structured learning materials
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with cross-functional leaders
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure and improve training effectiveness
