Deliver instructor-led onboarding and technical/soft skills training (in-person and virtual)
Ensure Operations teams have resources to excel for patients, prescribers, partners
Maintain training records and reports on activities and outcomes
Align curriculum in the LMS and conduct quality assurance on content
Monitor training effectiveness; provide feedback to leadership and adjust programs
Collaborate with training peers, instructional designers, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

2+ years as Trainer/Facilitator in a contact center/hub pharmacy
3+ years in a contact center/hub pharmacy role is a plus
Proactive, eager to learn; strong facilitation; L&D basics (ADDIE/ROI)
Strong time management and multitasking
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Travel up to 20%; healthcare knowledge a plus
