Perform gap assessments and review external programs for vendor acceptance.
Interpret safety data, performance metrics, and training reports to inform decisions.
Oversee certification and recertification of Master Trainers and Local Trainers.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required.
Station-specific certification.
At least 1 year in aviation or corporate training.
Authorized to work in the US; background check required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills; travel up to 75%.
