Corrosion Manager

📋 Description

• Lead daily operations of the Corrosion/CP division across multiple states and service territories
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, field execution, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices
• Ensure all projects and inspections are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Monitor field productivity, quality control, and service performance metrics
• Maintain and oversee company-issued equipment, tools, and service vehicles

🎯 Requirements

• AMPP/NACE Cathodic Protection certification (CP2 or higher preferred) OR equivalent advanced STI
• 5+ years of experience in cathodic protection compliance testing and corrosion services
• 3+ years of leadership or personnel management experience
• Strong working knowledge of UST systems, corrosion compliance, and multi-state regulatory
• Experience managing operational budgets, labor utilization, or division-level financial performance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
