Cost Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining Cost Accounting SOPs, DOPs, and Work Instructions aligned to corporate
• Manages day-to-day activities related to standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing
• Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost reporting and explains variances over Budget and
• Supports the business with cost-related metrics and internal reporting, as needed.
• Provides ad hoc cost trends and standard cost analysis.
• Leads yearly cost roll-ups and updating cost standards for the whole Product Operations group

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role like Cost Mgr. or FP&A Manager with strong standard
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience combined in a manufacturing accounting environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, SAP experience.
• Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
