Cost Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead cost accounting for manufacturing costs using SAP.
• Develop and maintain standard costs in SAP.
• Analyze financial data and provide cost optimization insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on variances.
• Support month-end close and flux explanations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CMA preferred.
• 3–5+ years cost accounting experience in multi-plant manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP or similar ERP experience.
• Strong analytical skills; expert in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Time management and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and presentation of financial concepts.
