Cost Reporting: Develop periodic cost reports and analyses for leadership
Establish cost baseline to measure project lifecycle
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, regulatory, and QA to manage baseline
Monitor contractor and subcontractor cost performance and deviations
Identify budget risks and opportunities; coordinate mitigations
Data Analytics & Visualization: Use BI tools to build cost dashboards

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years in project controls focusing on cost management
Strong understanding of project lifecycle and WBS
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency with data analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
