📋 Description

  • Assist in tracking and forecasting costs across early stage and construction on data centre projects
  • Maintain and update cost reports, dashboards and trackers regularly
  • Monitor actual costs vs budget and flag variances with analysis
  • Contribute to monthly and ad hoc cost reports for internal stakeholders
  • Provide qualitative cost analysis to support decision making
  • Coordinate value engineering and cost saving exercises

🎯 Requirements

  • Motivated junior profile with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Master’s degree from engineering school or equivalent; construction/finance/real estate specialization advantageous
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) – mandatory
  • Experience in cost reporting, tracking and forecasting for construction or data centre projects
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; ability to build dashboards and reports
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
