📋 Description

• Estimate development with stakeholders per AACE classifications
• Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and regulatory teams
• Develop reliable cost estimates with appropriate pedigree per standards
• Create a Basis of Estimate (BOE) with enough detail to reproduce outcomes
• Utilize estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid, InEight, Sage, CostOS)
• Leverage AI-enhanced cost modeling and parametric estimating

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years in project controls
• 5+ years as estimator on large projects
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and WBS
• Excellent communication and collaboration
• Familiarity with AI/machine learning for estimating
