Analyze cost data, unit prices, general conditions, general requirements costs, and information
Preparing, verifying, organizing, and coordinating Request for Quote documents and schedules
Data input into estimating software program (RS Means)
Perform archive filing and historical cost data gathering
Provide direction and training to new Estimators as they join the team
Responsible for evaluating GC estimates, bids and GMP’s are complete, accurate, and well supported

🎯 Requirements

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction or
Conceptual estimating experience - Must have conceptual ability to work with minimum information
Must have experience in large commercial projects
Knowledge of building/general construction practices, materials, systems, market conditions, trade
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents
Ability to collaborate with and function well within a team-oriented environment
