📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements with payments/fintech partners.
• Drive novel agreement frameworks balancing risk with speed.
• Partner cross-functionally with BD, Sales, Product, Eng, Finance, and Compliance.
• Build scalable playbooks and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Identify legal issues and coordinate with Coinbase legal and outside counsel.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of transactional legal experience; JD and active US state license.
• Expertise drafting, structuring, negotiating complex commercial agreements with fintechs/banks.
• Navigate regulated financial services landscapes and translate laws into actionable guidance.
• Manage high-volume deal pipelines with precise drafting and risk assessment.
• Use generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow, cost, and quality.
