🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree from accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience spanning firm, in-house, or hybrid environments; 1+ years
• Experience in consumer financial services, fintech, mortgage lending, or highly regulated
• Proven experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements and technology
• Strong desire to stretch across new domain areas—such as AI, privacy, litigation, and legal
• A business-first approach to law, featuring the ability to evaluate risk thoughtfully and unlock
