📋 Description

• Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, warrants and other corporate
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other internal stakeholders regarding
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, including letters of intent, definitive
• Work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams across the company
• Manage outside counsel, including the coordination of efforts to ensure effective legal support
• Contribute to the development of internal legal processes and best practices for M&A

🎯 Requirements

• JD and 5+ years of relevant experience working at a law firm or in-house, focused on M&A and
• Track record of independently running deal workstreams
• Willingness to roll up sleeves (no job too big, no job too small)
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound business judgment, attention to detail and the ability to find practical and creative
