Counsel, Credits and Incentives Compliance

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end compliance lifecycle for tax credits and incentives, including monitoring
• Prepare, review, and submit required filings, certifications, and compliance reports to
• Ensure all reporting is consistent with the terms of incentive agreements and applicable statutes.
• Maintain a centralized compliance calendar and tracking system for all incentives.
• Maintain complete and organized records of incentive agreements, compliance filings, and supporting
• Ensure readiness for audits, agency inquiries, and internal reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with credits and incentives, tax, economic development, or state and local
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to synthesize legal requirements into operational processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to practice law in at least one U.S.
