📋 Description

• Provide legal advice on employment matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions
• Research and interpret federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including wage
• Draft, review, and revise employment agreements, offer letters, retention agreements, separation
• Support internal workplace investigations by conducting witness interviews, gathering relevant
• Advise on restrictive covenant matters involving recruiting, onboarding, advisor transitions
• Manage or support employment-related litigation and disputes, including litigation holds, document

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least two years of employment law experience, preferably within a law firm, corporate legal
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, with experience advising on
• Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, drafting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage
