📋 Description

• Provide expert advice on OFAC sanctions and BIS export controls
• Manage sanctions/export control docs, policies, trainings, dashboards, metrics
• Improve forms, policies, and processes to scale AI services and datacenter projects
• Advise on sanctions/export terms in AI services and procurement contracts
• Coordinate with U.S. government agencies on export/sanctions matters
• Investigate non-compliance; prepare internal reports; oversee corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 5+ years of sanctions/export controls trade compliance experience
• Admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state
• Experience advising on AI, ML, semiconductors under U.S. export regimes
• In-house counsel or top-tier law firm experience
• Ability to design scalable compliance processes leveraging tech/AI tools
