📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate government subcontracts, software and SaaS agreements, teaming
• Analyze FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific provisions, including the applicability and scope of
• Support proposals and solicitations by reviewing legal terms, representations and certifications
• Advise on contract administration, modifications, renewals, performance issues, disputes, and
• Work with security and compliance colleagues on contractual and regulatory requirements involving
• Advise on procurement integrity, organizational conflicts of interest, gifts and business

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar or the District of Columbia, and
• At least five years of relevant legal experience advising on U.S. government contracts, gained in a
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating federal contracts or subcontracts, including
• Strong working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS, including commercial product and service
• Experience advising on government contracting compliance and translating legal requirements into
