📋 Description

• Handle escalated notice and takedown cases for user-generated content.
• Manage global trademark, domain name, and copyright portfolios for Airbnb, HotelTonight, and acquired brands.
• Manage IP enforcement docket; communicate with third parties and negotiate resolutions.
• Advise internal partners on trademark and domain-name risks; conduct trademark searches.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced IP team on strategy and program management.
• Proactively audit and refine trademark and domain-name portfolios to align with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• JD with at least five years in trademark, copyright, and brand protection.
• Strong knowledge of the Airbnb platform, products, and competitive landscape.
• Experience with DMCA, DSA, and IP liability issues in litigation or advisory work.
• Proven ability to execute trademark/copyright/domain name strategies and improve workflows.
• Experience advising on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement for a global company.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
