📋 Description

• Provide legal advice on global litigation and regulatory matters.
• Manage outside counsel across discovery, motion practice, trial prep, and settlements.
• Stay current on laws, regulations, and industry trends; brief leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk and develop strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of combined litigation and/or regulatory experience.
• JD and active license to practice law in California or another U.S. state.
• Experience managing global IP litigation across jurisdictions.
• Ownership, inquisitive, tech-savvy, sound judgment in ambiguity.
