  • Provide expert legal counsel on EU digital regulatory compliance to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Draft internal policies, workflows, and risk assessments for AI and privacy compliance.
  • Translate legal requirements into actionable technical and operational specs.
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to align compliance strategies.
  • Advise product teams on AI/ML regulatory, safety, and privacy requirements.
  • Negotiate data processing agreements and AI regulatory terms to ensure EU compliance.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Qualified as a lawyer in at least one EU member state, with admission to practice in Germany preferred.
  • 4+ years of legal experience; law firm and in-house at software company preferred.
  • Expertise in data protection, AI, and digital platform regulation (EU AI Act, GDPR, DSA).
  • Proven track record of managing regulatory risks and implementing compliance programs.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML tech, product lifecycles, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to translate legal concepts into actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
