📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate NDAs, vendor/service agreements, SOWs, and licenses.
• Create templates, playbooks, and fallback positions for NDAs and contracts.
• Deploy legal tech (CLM, AI-driven contract review) to streamline workflows.
• Maintain internal non-compete and non-solicitation trackers; update templates.
• Support M&A activities, organize virtual data rooms, and review target contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• License to practice in PA.
• 3–6 years negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of liability, indemnification, IP, and warranties.
• Desirable: DPAs and GDPR/CCPA privacy frameworks.
• Desirable: Standardized templates and fallback playbooks.
