🎯 Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school, or an LL.M. or equivalent law degree, and current authorization
  • At least five years of relevant legal experience at a law firm, government agency, or in house
  • Strong command of U.S. consumer protection law and enforcement principles, including Section 5 of
  • Experience with several of the following areas: subscriptions and auto-renewal, advertising and
  • Ability to lead a product or regulatory matter independently, from fact development through
  • Excellent judgment. You know what to decide, what to escalate, and how to explain risk without
