📋 Description

• Advise Lyft product teams
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements
• Provide practical and creative legal advice and support
• Integrate with cross-functional partners
• Develop and drive comprehensive, long-term legal strategies
• Prioritize workload

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and membership in at least one state bar with good standing
• 5+ years of experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills
• Strong track record with commercial agreements and customer-facing terms
• Willing and eager to take on new areas of law and function independently
• Ability to think quickly and manage multiple priorities
