📋 Description

• Advise Lyft product teams as they develop, launch, and operate a wide range of new products and
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements involving complex partnerships and technology
• Provide practical and creative legal advice and support on business matters in a fluctuating and
• Integrate with cross-functional partners and their teams (including business development managers
• Develop and drive comprehensive, long-term legal strategies that balance risk and business
• Prioritize your workload to meet goals and deadlines in an environment where business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and membership in at least one state bar with good standing
• 5+ years of experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience advising
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal), and
• Strong track record of working with a wide range of commercial agreements and customer-facing terms
• Willing and eager to take on new areas of law and function independently, while also being a team
• Ability to think quickly, convey grace under pressure, and simultaneously manage multiple client
