📋 Description

• Hands-on work on a wide variety of litigation matters, pre-litigation dispute resolution, internal
• Proactively handle all aspects of litigation including discovery, motion practice, witness prep
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal partners on litigation and regulatory matters related to
• Deliver regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams to address novel legal challenges.
• Guide departments like Compliance, Public Policy, Communications, Customer Care, Product
• Manage outside counsel, including guidance, staffing, case management, budgeting, and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from a top-tier law school; active membership in at least one state bar.
• 5+ years civil litigation experience at a mid-to-large firm or regulatory agency; prior in-house
• Regulatory disputes, government investigations, competition matters, and complex/consumer class
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to see big picture; autonomous yet collaborative; strong ethics and
• Ability to communicate risks to senior leaders; quick thinking with multiple priorities; proactive
