📋 Description

• Hands-on litigation and pre-litigation disputes across consumer, regulatory, gov investigations
• Manage discovery, motions, witness prep, settlements, and trial/appellate strategy.
• Advise internal partners on litigation and regulatory issues for Lyft products and services.
• Provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams on regulatory matters.
• Support Compliance, Public Policy, Communications, Product, and other teams with legal guidance.
• Oversight of outside counsel, staffing, budgeting, and legal alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from a top-tier law school; active state bar.
• 5+ years civil litigation at mid/large firm and/or regulatory agency.
• Prior in-house experience a plus.
• Regulatory disputes and investigations and complex or consumer class actions preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; executive presence.
