Counsel, Regulatory Litigation

📋 Description

• Hands-on litigation matters across consumer, regulatory disputes, investigations, and competition.
• Advise internal partners on litigation and regulatory issues affecting Lyft’s products and services.
• Provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams on regulatory matters.
• Guide outside counsel with budgeting, staffing, and case management aligned to Lyft’s strategy.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Public Policy, Communications, Product, and other departments to
• Manage internal processes to minimize legal risk in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from a top-tier school; active bar membership.
• 5+ years civil litigation experience; in-house experience preferred.
• Experience with regulatory disputes, government investigations, competition matters, and
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; high ethical standards.
• Understanding of multi-modal transportation and the sharing economy is a plus.
