Counter-UAS Field Technician

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployments, acting as primary post-sale contact.
• Pre-deployment planning, hardware logistics, stakeholder alignment, on-site support, go-live
• Deliver role-based training to customer drone teams, public safety operators, command staff, and IT
• Guide customers in creating operational policies and workflows integrating Dedrone with Axon
• Coordinate and manage third-party training and integration vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Engineering, Deployment).
• Experience deploying hardware/software in complex environments.
• Knowledge of drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing, or UAS programs (FAA Part 107
• IP networking, SNMP, DHCP, PoE, Linux CLI, basic system administration.
• Confident in presenting technical workflows to executives, end users, and technical teams.
• Experience with public safety agencies or law enforcement environments.
