• Strong design portfolio that demonstrates both visual craft and cultural sensitivity
• Genuinely excited about using AI tools to generate, iterate, and scale content
• Deep understanding of Turkish culture, design aesthetics, and consumer behaviour
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Worked with freelancers or creators before and know how to brief, review, and develop talent
• Strong collaborator who builds trust quickly across teams, functions, and time zones
