Country Growth Manager - South Cone

📋 Description

• Develop and execute growth strategy for the South Cone, align with regional/global goals.
• Identify opportunities, assess trends, and build data-driven business cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, banks, payment providers.
• Advocate market insights to regional/global teams on opportunities, risks, needs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Ops, Finance, Legal, and others.
• Monitor performance, investigate metrics, coordinate solutions for issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in payments, fintech, financial services, digital commerce, or related.
• Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Argentina and/or Chile.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Commercial acumen to identify and pursue growth opportunities; LATAM experience.
• Hands-on, able to move between strategy and execution with LATAM exposure.
