Country Head of Credit Risk

📋 Description

• Report to and support the Senior Global Credit Risk Management Team
• Monitor and report portfolio performance (lines granted, current exposure, overdue cases, pipeline
• Liaise with local regulatory authorities if necessary
• Perform and oversight detailed credit analysis of prospects and clients for Lending/Supplier
• Approve exposure limits to individual clients within a matrix of delegated authority
• Present and defend analysis at Credit Committee meetings to senior management, including C-Suite

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years credit underwriting experience, preferably in SME space in France
• Strong understanding of local accounting principles
• Exposure to collections and litigations processes locally
• Clear, structured, and concise communication style
• Experience dealing directly with clients, resolving issues
• Understanding of local lending and basic Foreign Exchange products and services
