📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of progressive HRBP experience.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Familiar with HRIS and HR analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP).
• Proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint to organize information and generate insights.
• Fluency in English; cross-cultural communication; regional exposure preferred.
