📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people plans for Malaysia and
• Coach and advise people leaders on performance, development, team effectiveness and change
• Lead workforce planning, role design and organisational design activities for your client groups
• Manage employee relations matters end-to-end in line with SEEK policies and Malaysian employment

🎯 Requirements

• Significant HR generalist or HRBP experience in Malaysia and/or Singapore, with a strong advisory
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian and Singapore employment legislation applied in real case work
• Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing leaders on performance, change and complex people
• Proven end-to-end employee relations case management experience (performance, investigations
• Experience in support of P&C cyclical processes such as performance and remuneration reviews
• Exposure to people data and analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for leaders
