Country IT & Automation Manager

📋 Description

• Run operations: oversee service desk, endpoint fleet, and office IT.
• Deliver office and infra projects: builds, relocations, network/AV upgrades.
• Build and automate: design scripts, integrations, lightweight tools.
• Adopt AI workflows: AI automation for IT support tasks.
• Improve observability: telemetry, dashboards, alerts for proactive detection.
• Partner and govern: align with regional teams on data security and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading IT Operations or EUC teams.
• Hands-on experience with laptops/desktops, video conf, and networking across Mac/Windows/Linux/Android/iOS.
• Build AI-assisted solutions: vibe coding, scripting Python/SQL/shell, low-code (n8n).
• Experience with AI workflows: LLM tooling and agent orchestration.
• ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
• ITSM/CMDB customization (Freshservice, ServiceNow).
