• Sign up and activate hospitals onto the Roo platform.
• Recruit and activate locum veterinarians and technicians (RVTs, VAs) in each market.
• Keep supply and demand in balance in each metro, so hospitals see shifts filled and professionals
• Win hospital groups, working with Roo's Enterprise AM team.
• Launch Vancouver and Calgary in early 2027.
• Recommend which Canadian markets come next.

🎯 Requirements

• You have owned a revenue number for a market or region.
• You have launched or scaled a market or a product from an early stage.
• You still like to sell, to hospitals and to professionals, including walking into a clinic without
• You have led cross-functional work with teams you don't manage, and followed it through until it
• Marketplace judgment. You can tell whether a problem is demand, supply, price or quality, and you
• You hire well and own people problems.
