🎯 Requirements

• Experience launching, managing, or growing a market/region/business line (GM or country-lead scope
• Strong operator who can apply strategy pragmatically in a new market.
• Cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Product/EPD, and Operations.
• Data-fluent with evidence-driven decision making.
• Deep customer empathy; translate feedback into action.
• Familiarity with the Canadian market; bilingual English/French strongly preferred.
