📋 Description

  • Lead country ops in Europe, Turkey, or Canada for a fast-paced iGaming brand
  • Build/scale brand presence and lead a local team remotely
  • Own GEO P&L and overall market performance
  • Coordinate traffic, product, payments, CRM, VIP, support, partnerships
  • Report to CEO/COO with a data-driven approach

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in iGaming across affiliate/traffic/product/country ops
  • Strong .com economics: CAC, LTV, NGR, revshare
  • Ops launch in Europe, Turkey, or Canada
  • Experience with PSP/payments offshore
  • Build/manage local teams with KPIs
  • Analytical mindset with dashboards
