Country Manager, El Salvador

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day management of Bybit's VASP and EMI ops in El Salvador.
• Execute local business strategy aligned with Group objectives and regs.
• Ensure all regulated activities comply with laws and license conditions.
• Represent the company with regulators, banks, and external partners.
• Drive operational excellence, customer experience, and growth.
• Build and develop local management; establish governance and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related.
• 10+ years in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Prior senior management or executive experience.
• Strong understanding of El Salvador financial services and virtual asset regs.
• Must be citizen of El Salvador; reside locally full-time.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
