📋 Description

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for Germany market, driving growth.
• Lead local marketing campaigns, events and partnerships.
• Drive brand awareness via targeted marketing, German social channels, and events.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, banks, and partners.
• Navigate EU regulatory requirements (MiCAR, MiFID, EMI).
• Monitor trends, competition, and regulatory developments in Germany.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in marketing and/or business development.
• Prior crypto country manager or crypto industry experience desirable.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong understanding of German market and regulation (MiCA, MiFID, EMI).
• Established network within the DACH crypto/fintech ecosystem.
