🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in fintech, payments, banking, or finance strategy/BD.
  • Strong Indonesia experience and local fintech ecosystem knowledge.
  • Regulatory engagement plus commercial leadership experience.
  • Proven sales, BD and partnerships track record with targets.
  • Experience with regulatory/licensing matters with Indonesian stakeholders.
  • Leadership with direct reports and P&L responsibility.
