Country Manager, Mexico

📋 Description

• Lead and grow our Mexico sales, account mgmt, marketing and operations teams.
• Serve as local spokesperson and adapt global strategy to Mexico.
• Scale the organization to meet growth targets across segments.
• Upskill and develop leadership to grow teams.
• Collaborate with Regional HQ in São Paulo and global HQ in Amsterdam.
• Hands-on in largest deals and manage executive relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned senior leader with scaling experience.
• Experience managing managers is required.
• Empathetic leader driving organizational change.
• Hands-on in large deals; manage executive relationships.
• Industry network in payments/fintech.
• Strong communicator; fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
