🎯 Requirements

4–7+ years in ops/strategy in high-growth tech or consulting.
Thrives in ambiguity; can build processes from scratch.
Hands-on operator with willingness to roll up sleeves.
Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets); SQL/Looker a plus.
Excellent communicator; unifies cross-functional teams.
Dutch and English fluency required.
