📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, or related; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in marketing, business development, or general management.
• Crypto/fintech/trading/financial services experience preferred.
• Experience managing the Polish market or as Country Manager preferred.
• Strong understanding of Poland's crypto ecosystem and regulatory framework.
• Proven track record in driving user growth and partnerships.
