🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in BD/marketing/operations; crypto/fintech preferred.
• Deep understanding of Thailand’s financial/crypto ecosystem.
• Familiarity with local regulatory environments for crypto.
• Fluent in English; additional local languages a bonus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
