Country Manager - Vietnam (HCMC-based)

📋 Description

• Own and drive Vietnam commercial performance: revenue, partners, market share
• Build and expand relationships with game publishers, developers, and platform operators in Vietnam
• Lead local go-to-market for Xsolla’s full product suite (Webshops, MoR, X.LA pages)
• Represent Xsolla at events, partner meetings, and with regulators
• Ensure all activities comply with Vietnamese laws (gaming, tax, data privacy, licensing)
• Identify and close new business opportunities with game studios and publishers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in gaming, digital payments, fintech, or digital entertainment in Vietnam or SE Asia
• Deep knowledge of Vietnam’s gaming market: publishers, regulators, payments, and platforms
• Proven track record of business development and leadership in a senior contributor or leadership role
• Strong network within Vietnam’s gaming and tech ecosystem
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
