• Serve as a strategic advisor to customers by driving adoption, optimizing configuration, and
• Manage multiple customer engagements using strong project management practices, including regular
• Provide functional and technical expertise across all Coupa Pay capabilities, including support for
• Deliver compelling, data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance
• Collaborate with internal teams and forge strong customer relationships to support growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, procurement, accounts payable, sourcing, or IT, with a strong
• Proven client management skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement and thrive in
• Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving
• Experience with SaaS solutions, software configuration, and delivering product demonstrations
• Proficiency in Excel and a goal-oriented mindset with a collaborative, curious, and adaptable
• Knowledge of SQL, PHP or other programming languages is a plus.
