Manage client relationships and resolve support requests to ensure satisfaction.
Configure, set up, and provide ongoing Coupa administration for clients.
Develop, test, and deploy Coupa customizations and new functionality.
Create dashboards, save searches, and design custom workflows.
Manage users, roles, KPIs, reports and fields; serve as Coupa SME.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in consulting with financial system module implementation/integration.
Strong business acumen with understanding of GL, O2C, P2P, and related processes.
Ability to prioritize requests by urgency, scope, and complexity.
Comfort with AI: able to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate end-to-end solutions to technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/IT/Finance/Accounting; Coupa certification preferred.
