Coupa Tier 3 Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Manage Tier 3 technical escalations and act as primary escalation point for complex incidents
• Administer Coupa Sourcing, including strategic sourcing events, bidding processes, and related
• Oversee contract lifecycle management by administering the Coupa CLM module, maintaining contract
• Manage supplier information and relationships, maintaining data accuracy and overseeing supplier
• Optimize procurement workflows by configuring and supporting Coupa Procurement functionality.
• Lead implementation initiatives, covering planning, configuration, data migration, testing

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in IT services, enterprise application administration
• Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Coupa, particularly Sourcing, CLM, Supplier
• Demonstrated experience handling complex production incidents, advanced troubleshooting, root cause
• Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting integrations between Coupa, SAP ERP, and SAP
• Strong knowledge of user management, role configuration, platform settings, system maintenance
• A track record of participating in or leading major Coupa implementation projects.
