Courier HR Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Own onboarding, contracts, docs, and leave for Croatia's couriers.
• Track work permits and ensure cross-border compliance.
• Lead day-to-day Courier HR operations on the ground in Croatia.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and sourcing agencies to scale operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR operations or workforce admin.
• Experience with foreign worker docs and work permits.
• Ability to operate without a finished playbook.
• High attention to detail under volume and deadlines.
• Fluency in Croatian (C1-C2) and professional English (B2-C2).
• Hybrid work from Zagreb office (4 days, Wed optional WFH).
